Some people use computer as television for watching their favourite sport channel by using TV tuner (including me). Its have some advantage and disadvantage. For me, I can watch my favourite channel and doing my work at same time. But it’s also force your computer to use extra resources, so you must have a good one’s. I like to resize the TV when doing other activities with my PC.
If you have big screen, your PC can also become home entertainment. Just include big speaker for the sound system. You could combine several monitor too with computer monitor stand to get big screen. Off course you must have supported VGA for that.
